Welcome to Becket Western NL — your local youth hub for connection, care, and community. We serve youth across the west coast of the island of Newfoundland and Labrador.

At Becket Western NL, young people aged 12–29 can access the support they need, all in one place. Whether you’re looking for mental health services, help with housing or school, or just someone to talk to — Becket Corner Brook is where you go to be and to grow.

This hub is operated by Vine Place Community Centre and proudly serves the youth of Corner Brook and surrounding areas.

Mental Health

Get support for anxiety, depression, stress, and more — with access to therapists, counsellors, and peer supports.

Housing Support

If you’re experiencing homelessness or housing instability, we’re here to help you find safe, stable options.

Primary Care

Harm reduction-focused support, counselling, and referrals for substance use concerns.

Employment

Get support with resumes, job searches, training, and education upgrades — plus access certifications and training like First Aid, Mental Health First Aid, ASIST, and Crisis Intervention.

Community

Connect with your community and peers who understand your experiences.
